Terms of Service

Thank you for using our application. We will continue to improve and produce more innovative products to bring you the greatest value. These terms of service apply to the Moss Plus product. Please read them carefully before using our application.

By using the Moss Plus product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. If you are using our product on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you represent that the organization agrees to these terms and that you have the authority to bind the organization to these terms. In such a case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to engage or attempt to engage in any of the following activities:

• Probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities of any Moss Plus system or network or violating any security or authentication measures;
• Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the Moss Plus or Moss Plus provider's technical delivery systems;
• Decrypting, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any software used to provide Moss Plus;
• Interfering or attempting to interfere with access by any user, host or network, including sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Moss Plus;
• Accessing or searching Moss Plus or downloading any intellectual property other than through interfaces we publicly support by using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar tools);
• Implanting malicious software or distributing malicious software through Moss Plus;
• Sending any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam;
• Sending altered, deceptive, or false source identification information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
• Posting or transmitting any fraudulent or misleading content or infringing on the rights of others;
• Impersonating or misleading your association with any person or entity;
• Violating the privacy of others;
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations; or encouraging or inducing others to engage in any of the above.

Although we have no obligation to monitor access to or use of Moss Plus or your content, or to review or edit any of your content or other intellectual property of other Moss Plus users, we reserve the right, in order to operate Moss Plus, ensure compliance with these terms, or comply with applicable law or other legal requirements, to do so. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, at any time and without notice to you, including but not limited to, if we, in our sole discretion, believe that any of your content is objectionable or violates these terms, to delete or disable access to any of your content. We have the right to investigate violations of these terms or actions affecting Moss Plus. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
